Elson is an extendable table with a 12 mm thick ceramic top, equipped with a fully automatic opening mechanism, and a central base.‎ The base is made of metal blade, while the round section column remains 3 cm detached from the ballast, emphasizing an inner band that can be customized in 4 colours.‎ The extension, placed in the center of the table under the two half-tops, rotates during opening until it is aligned with the top.‎ A slight push of the half-top blocks the mechanism.‎ For to close the table just proceed with the opposite operation.‎

The design idea for the Elson table stems from the desire to enhance the elegance and purity of the oval shape, an essential matrix for the study of design combined with the functionality of the central base.‎ Imagined from above, the elements that compose it - base and top - form two perfectly concentric ovals that define a unique synthesis of geometric harmony.‎ The formal purity, classic but contemporary, essential in its configuration and also underlined by the refinement of the finishes, makes the Elson table a timeless product, capable of enhance every environment and every furnishing context.‎
